Preorders

The Neegy Chain is sold by preorder. You may cancel your preorder at any time before your order ships for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email us at neegychain@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at neegychain@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not be asked to ship the defective item back at your own cost.

Returns (Non-Defective)

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging (including the velvet pouch). Email neegychain@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns of items that show wear, damage caused after delivery, or items returned without prior confirmation by email.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. If it has been longer, contact your card issuer first, then email us at neegychain@gmail.com and we will help track it down.
