Refund policy

All Neegy Chain orders are preorders. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email neegychain@gmail.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the item arrives damaged or defective. Email us a photo and your order number and we will make it right. We do not accept returns for change of mind after shipment.
