Preorder Timing

The Neegy Chain is made in production batches. Your order ships 6–8 weeks after the preorder window closes. This timeline is stated on the product page before you purchase. If production is delayed beyond this window, we will notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Shipping Rates

• United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
• International: Where available, international rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our fulfillment point.

Delivery Estimates (After Shipment)

• United States: typically 2–5 business days after shipment.
• International: typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international), email neegychain@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but email us and we will do our best to help.
