Welcome to NEEGY CHAIN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neegychain.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.

2. Products & Preorders

Products sold on this Site are offered by preorder unless otherwise stated. Estimated shipping timeframes are displayed on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Estimated timeframes are good-faith estimates; if we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Product images may include renders or photography of production samples. We work to ensure delivered products match the images shown; minor variations in finish, color tone, and detail inherent to manufacturing may occur.

Our products are fashion jewelry: gold-plated stainless steel. They are not solid gold and are not sold by karat weight.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise displayed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed; if we do, you will be offered the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is collected at the time of order, including for preorders. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated and have no cash value.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, and return terms in our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier, but we will assist in good faith with lost-package claims as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The NEEGY CHAIN name, logo, and the text, layout, and original content of this Site are the property of NEEGY CHAIN and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. Nothing on this Site grants you any license to use our brand name or Site content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

8. Marketing Communications

If you sign up for our email or SMS list, your consent and opt-out choices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEEGY CHAIN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold NEEGY CHAIN harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law provides you rights to another venue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
